The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation by individuals:

  • application generated after submission of request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
  • service recipient`s or his/her representative`s ID document;
  • power of attorney for the representative of the service recipient, for the provision of documents for the issuance or revocation of the registration certificate of the National Certifying Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation by individuals:

  • application generated after submission of request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
  • service recipient`s or his/her representative`s ID document;
  • a notarized power of attorney for the representative of the service recipient, indicating the authority to submit documents for the issuance of the registration certificate of the NCA RK and sign the relevant documents for the execution of the order determined by the power of attorney – when representing the interests of the service recipient.
