Revocation via “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation

The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by an individual:

  • application for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK;
  • an identity document of service recipient or his/her representative;
  • notarized power of attorney for a service recipient`s representative with indication of authorities to submit documents for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK and sign relevant documents for execution of orders assigned by a power of attorney.
Revocation via personal account

To revoke a registration certificate without visiting “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation, you can go to personal account and revoke a certificate yourself following the instruction.

In case if registration certificates are revoked via Personal Account, documents are not to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.
