Revocation of registration certificates for legal entities

Revocation via “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation

The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by a legal entity:

  • application for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK for legal entity;
  • an identity document of service recipient or his/her representative (for identification).
Revocation via personal account

To revoke a registration certificate without visiting “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation, you can go to personal account and revoke a certificate yourself following the instruction.

In case if registration certificates are revoked via Personal Account, documents are not to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.

Revocation via “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation

The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation by Treasury-Client IS user:

  • application for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK for legal entity;
  • an identity document of service recipient or his/her representative (for identification).

To revoke a registration certificate without visiting “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation, you can go to personal account and revoke a certificate yourself following the instruction.

In case if registration certificates are revoked via Personal Account, documents are not to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.

The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by individual entrepreneurs, peasant households and farm holdings performing activities in the form of joint enterprise:

  • application for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK for individual entrepreneurs, peasant households and farm holdings performing activities in the form of joint enterprise in the Republic of Kazakhstan;
  •  an identity document of service recipient or his/her representative.
