Legal entities – remote identification

To get the digital signature (DS) keys remotely, you need to:
  • have a valid national ID card (an ID document with a photo issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan);
  • have a phone with the capability to receive SMS;
  • your personal computer should have a webcam (or use your phone with a camera);
  • install the NCALayer software required for further installation and use of digital signature.

In the absence of an object identifier registered with the information system, it is necessary to fill out an application for registration and (or) re-registration of the branch of object identifiers in the Kazakhstan segment of object identifiers and send it to the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
