Starting from September 11, 2026, the Rules for issuance, storage, revocation of public key certificates of electronic digital signature and confirmation of ownership and validity of the public key of electronic digital signature by a certification authority, approved by Order No. 522/НҚ dated August 28, 2026 of the Acting Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, will take effect.

The Rules were developed in accordance with the Digital Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and establish the procedure for issuing, storing and revoking public key certificates of electronic digital signature, as well as verifying their ownership and validity.
