Pilot project “Obtainment of registration certificates of the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan through remote identification” for legal entities

In order to eliminate circulation of physical information media as potential source of COVID-19, we inform on the launch of pilot project that enables obtaining registration certificates of the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan through remote identification without necessity to visit “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC).  

To obtain digital signature keys remotely without visiting CSC, you need to:

  • Have an original copy of national ID (identity document with photograph issued in the Republic of Kazakhstan);
  • Have mobile phone with capability to obtain SMS messages;
  • Your personal computer should have a web-camera;
  • You need to install NCALayer software required for further installation and use of digital signature.
