Procedure for obtainment of registration certificate by an individual

The list of documents to be submitted to foreign institutions by individuals:

application generated after submission of request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
a document certifying the identity of the service recipient (for identification purposes);
a document containing an individual identification number and confirming its registration in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of Identification Numbers” (for verification);
a notarized translation of their text into Kazakh or Russian (for verification), except in cases where the documents were originally issued in one of the specified languages. The accuracy of the translation of the text of the documents can be certified by a notary, at a diplomatic mission, consular institution or at the foreign ministry of the State.

The list of documents to be submitted to foreign institutions by a legal entity`s employee:

application generated after submission of request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
a document certifying the identity of the service recipient (for identification purposes);
a document containing an individual identification number and confirming its registration in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of Identification Numbers” (for verification);
a notarized translation of their text into Kazakh or Russian (for verification), except in cases where the documents were originally issued in one of the specified languages.
