The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by a legal entity`s chairman – non-resident:

• application generated after submission of a request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
• an identity document of the service recipient;
• one of the documents containing an individual identification number pursuant to Clause 3, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of Identification Numbers”;
• A foreigner, stateless individual permanently residing on the territory of another country should also submit a notarized translation of documents to Kazakh or Russian (except cases when documents are provided in Russian). Reliability of translation of a foreigner`s/stateless individual`s documents can be certified in a diplomatic mission or consular organization or in   foreign-policy establishment of a country of which a foreigner is a citizen or where a stateless individual permanently resides.
