The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by a legal entity`s chairman – non-resident:

• application generated after submission of a request containing a unique number and an applicant`s signature;
• an identity document of service recipient`s representative;
• one of the documents containing an individual identification number pursuant to Clause 3, Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan as of January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of Identification Numbers”, if documents are submitted by a non-resident;
• power of attorney for a service recipient`s representative for one-time obtainment of registration certificates of NCA of RK, if interests of an individual indicated in an application are represented for obtainment of registration certificates of NCA of RK. If an organization does not have a seal, power of attorney for a service recipient`s representative is to be notarized and should indicate authorities to submit documents for issuance of registration certificates of NCA of RK and sign relevant documents for execution of orders assigned by a power of attorney.
• A foreigner, stateless individual permanently residing on the territory of another country should also submit a notarized translation of documents to Kazakh or Russian (except cases when documents are provided in Russian). Reliability of translation of a foreigner`s/stateless individual`s documents can be certified in a diplomatic mission or consular organization or in   foreign-policy establishment of a country of which a foreigner is a citizen or where a stateless individual permanently resides.
