On October 12, 2024, the National Assembly of the Republic of Kazakhstan introduced a full-fledged delegation of applications to issue key eds from organizations of associates, as well as to issue the current key EDS issued to legal entities.

For delegation, the first head of the personal cabinet of the NCA RK, in the menu “delegation of the right”, gives the authority to a specific employee of the organization who has the keys to the existing eds on the template “associate with the right of entry” for his or her yin.

NCA RK informs that the following updates have been introduced to NCALayer:

1. MainApplet is disabled;

2. Signature of data array in CMS;

3. Using the TSA policy to sign receipts based on the GOST 34.10-2015 algorithm by default when time stamping is enabled in the CMS;

4. The capability to sign data (for testing purposes) with the keys:

    – with a revoked certificate – XML, CMS, RAW;

    – with expired certificate – XML, RAW.

5. Corrected verification process for new RSA certificates on the ID card;

6. Displaying an icon in the Windows taskbar when dialogue boxes open;

7. New localhost certificate;

8. Multi-port boot support;

9. Correction in the application assembly with regard to the display of text in applications that do not have Unicode support.

On October 12, 2024, the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan planned to amend the functionality of granting authority to issue and revoke EDS keys on behalf of a legal entity.Now these rights will be fixed according to the IIN of employees of the organization who have EDS keys according to the” employee with the right to sign ” template.

Attention!Employees of an organization that has EDS keys according to the” employee of the personnel department ” template may not issue and withdraw EDS keys on behalf of a legal entity after updating.
