National Information Technologies JSC (NITEC) informs on the planned technical work to ensure the stable operation of the entire digital ecosystem of the supported projects.

Technical work is scheduled between 23:00 on March 20, 2025 to 08:00 on March 21, 2025. In order to reduce possible inconvenience, the time interval is chosen taking into account the minimum user activity.

The following public electronic services are subject to temporary restrictions during the time mentioned above:

eGov.kz portal and the eGov Mobile application (including the Digital Documents service);

e-Otinish/e-License portal, and Open Government systems;

Services of the National Certification Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NCA RK);

Other projects supported by NITEC;

Public services in second-tier banking applications and other systems integrated through the e-Government Gateway.

In order to avoid any possible inconvenience, NITEC recommends that all the necessary operations are carried out in advance and that original documents are prepared in case they are required during the technical work period.
