Dear users! NCA of RK warns on the danger of downloading NCALayer from third-party websites. We have detected a phishing website. Being opened, it downloads and launches a malicious program under the guise of an update for NCALayer. Instead of the program, a user can install a dangerous virus on the computer that can steal data and connect remote computer management.

NCA of RK strongly recommends not to follow suspicious links as this may threaten personal information.

It should be reminded that the official website for NCALayer download is pki.gov.kz.

Technical work will be carried out from 21:00 on July 13, 2024 to 08:00 on July 14, 2024, at which time short-term unavailability of the services of the NCA of the Republic of Kazakhstan is possible.

We hereby inform you that NCALayer has updated the root certificates on the RSA algorithm. To work correctly with EDS keys, we recommend restarting NCALayer and allowing NCALayer to install root certificates.

Dear users!

Due to the transition of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – NTC RK) to the cryptographic standard ST RK GOST R 34.10-2015 from 21:00 on April 27, 2024 to 08:00 on April 28, 2024, the services of the NTC RK will be unavailable.

Additionally, we inform you that from April 28, 2024, only one registration certificate will be issued in the NTC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, i.e. individuals and legal entities will be issued one key based on the algorithm of ST RK GOST R 34.10-2015 (hereinafter – GOST 2015), which will be used for signing and authentication.
