Revocation of registration certificates for non-residents of the Republic of Kazakhstan
The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by a non-resident individual:
- application for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK;
- an identity document of service recipient or his/her representative;
- notarized power of attorney for a service recipient`s representative with indication of authorities to submit documents for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK and sign relevant documents for execution of orders assigned by a power of attorney.
- A foreigner, stateless individual permanently residing on the territory of another country should also submit a notarized translation of documents to Kazakh or Russian (except cases when documents are provided in Russian). Reliability of translation of a foreigner`s/stateless individual`s documents can be certified in a diplomatic mission or consular organization or in foreign-policy establishment of a country of which a foreigner is a citizen or where a stateless individual permanently resides.
To revoke a registration certificate without visiting “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation, you can go to personal account and revoke a certificate yourself following the instruction.
In case if registration certificates are revoked via Personal Account, documents are not to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation.
The list of documents to be submitted to “Government for Citizens” Public Corporation (CSC) by a non-resident legal entity:
- application for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK for legal entity;
- an identity document of service recipient or his/her representative (for identification);
- power of attorney for а service recipient`s representative with indication of authorities to submit documents for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK, if interests of an individual indicated in an application are represented for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK. If an organization does not have a seal, power of attorney for a service recipient`s representative is to be notarized and should indicate authorities to submit documents for revocation of registration certificates of NCA of RK and sign relevant documents for execution of orders assigned by a power of attorney.
