The National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as part of the planned transition to the new interstate cryptographic standard GOST 34.10-2015, announces the publication of a preliminary version of KalkanCrypt COM 32-bit for testing by developers of information systems integrated with the NTC of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Also, as part of the rejection of the unclaimed templates “Employee with the right to sign financial documents” and “Employee of the Personnel Department” for the issuance of registration certificates of the NTC RK for legal entities, test keys for these templates are excluded from the developer kit.

The National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, within the framework of the planned transition to the new interstate cryptographic standard GOST R 34.10-2015, announces the publication of test user keys, root certificates GOST R 34.10-2015 and a preliminary version of KalkanCrypt in Java for testing by developers of information systems integrated with the NC RK.

Also, as part of the optimization of processes and simplification of the procedure for obtaining, storing and using EDS keys, it is planned to abandon the current process of issuing and using two EDS keys for authentication and signing. After rejecting the AUTH_RSA authentication key, individuals and legal entities will be issued one registration certificate /key for signing on the GOST algorithm. In accordance with this, test user keys for testing are released only on the GOST algorithm.

Within the framework of the pilot project, it is possible to obtain EDS through the embassies and consulates of our country.

The pilot project was implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The above-mentioned project will operate in 11 diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan located in cities:

– Washington, New York (USA);

– Frankfurt am Main (Germany);

– Prague (Czech Republic);

– Abu Dhabi (UAE);

– Moscow, Saint Petersburg (Russia);

– Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan);

– Seoul (South Korea);

– Istanbul (Turkey).

Non–resident individuals can receive an EDS on the principle of “one window”. Russian Russian) and, if there is an IIN, one of the documents containing the IIN and confirming that this non-resident is registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of identification numbers”. To do this, a foreign citizen must have a passport, a notarized translation of the full name in Kazakh or Russian (except for the cases of providing documents in Russian) and, if there is an IIN, one of the documents containing the IIN and confirming that this non-resident is registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of identification numbers”.;

Non–resident legal entities can also obtain EDS in foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan by pre-registering on the website of the SRC MF and receiving the BIN online.

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan also have the opportunity to receive EDS at embassies and consulates.
