Checking connection with NCALayer
Run NCALayer. In browser click the link https://127.0.0.1:13579.If a secured connection was established, an empty page (Not Found) will open without any notifications. You should also check whether certification hierarchy in the trust chain is correct. Actions given below are for the popular browser, though they would be similar for other browsers too.
Certification hierarchy
In all browsers, trust chain should be established in the following manner:

NB! Do not include SSL certificates issued by the NCA of the RoK to the exception. If root certificates are installed correctly, there should not be any exceptions. Such SSL certificates should be removed from the browser storage.
Mozilla Firefox
Click the green lock icon in the address bar. In the drop-down panel click ">" button ("Show information on connection").
Click "More" button.
Then click "View certificate" and go to "Details" tab. Make sure that trust chain in "Certification hierarchy" corresponds to the hierarchy stated above.
Google Chrome
Click the green lock icon in the address bar. In the drop-down panel select "Certificate".
In the window that appears, go to "Read more" section. Make sure that trust chain in "Certification hierarchy" corresponds to the hierarchy stated above.
Apple Safari
Click the green lock icon in the address bar. In the drop-down panel click "Show certificate".
Make sure that trust chain corresponds to the hierarchy stated above.
