Obtaining an EDS is sufficient in foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Within the framework of the pilot project, it is possible to obtain EDS through the embassies and consulates of our country.
The pilot project was implemented by the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovation and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan jointly with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The above-mentioned project will operate in 11 diplomatic missions of the Republic of Kazakhstan located in cities:
– Washington, New York (USA);
– Frankfurt am Main (Germany);
– Prague (Czech Republic);
– Abu Dhabi (UAE);
– Moscow, Saint Petersburg (Russia);
– Bishkek (Kyrgyzstan);
– Seoul (South Korea);
– Istanbul (Turkey).
Non–resident individuals can receive an EDS on the principle of “one window”. Russian Russian) and, if there is an IIN, one of the documents containing the IIN and confirming that this non-resident is registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of identification numbers”. To do this, a foreign citizen must have a passport, a notarized translation of the full name in Kazakh or Russian (except for the cases of providing documents in Russian) and, if there is an IIN, one of the documents containing the IIN and confirming that this non-resident is registered in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated January 12, 2007 “On National Registers of identification numbers”.;
Non–resident legal entities can also obtain EDS in foreign institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan by pre-registering on the website of the SRC MF and receiving the BIN online.
Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan also have the opportunity to receive EDS at embassies and consulates.
