Due to the transition of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter – NTC RK) to the cryptographic standard ST RK GOST R 34.10-2015 from 21:00 on April 27, 2024 to 08:00 on April 28, 2024, the services of the NTC RK will be unavailable.

Additionally, we inform you that from April 28, 2024, only one registration certificate will be issued in the NTC of the Republic of Kazakhstan, i.e. individuals and legal entities will be issued one key based on the algorithm of ST RK GOST R 34.10-2015 (hereinafter – GOST 2015), which will be used for signing and authentication.

Technical work will be carried out from 21:00 on April 20, 2024 to 01:00 on April 21, 2024, at which time short-term unavailability of the services of the NTC of the Republic of Kazakhstan is possible.

Due to scheduled maintenance work, we inform you that the services of the NCA of the Republic of Kazakhstan are unavailable from 21:00 on April 13, 2024 to 23:00 on April 13, 2024.

We inform you that due to the transition to a single time zone from 22:00 on February 29, 2024 to 01:00 on March 1, 2024, the services of the NCC of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be unavailable.

In accordance with the entry into force of amendments to the Order of the Acting Minister for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 26, 2015 No. 727 “On Approval of the Rules for Issuing, Storing, Revoking Registration certificates and confirming the ownership and Validity of the public key of an electronic digital signature by the root certifying center of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Certifying center of State bodies and the national Certifying center Of the Republic of Kazakhstan” (Adopted on December 1, 2023 No. 595/NK), we inform, that on April 30, 2024, the transition to the cryptographic standard ST RK GOST R 34.10-2015 will be implemented.
